Mars Hill

Mars Hill is best known as the home of Mars Hill College. The area is beautiful and homes and building sites are affordable. Mars Hill has been described by residents and visitors as a hip and quaint little town and the people are very friendly. In addition to the college, there is a large assisted living retirement community, located just off Main Street. 

Mars Hill is about 10 miles north of Weaverville and about 19 miles north of Asheville. This is a very popular suburb to settle down in. Other advantages of small town living is that you have several other towns readily accessible for your personal enjoyment or business application.
