Of course many floor plans and specifications can cost less, while others can be much more. This would of course depend on the different materials you choose to use. For example: if you use vinyl siding it would cost less than using hardiboard. Depending upon which brand of windows you choose, your price could differ by thousands of dollars. For more detailed pricing, contact us by filling out the "Request Info" form. Approximate building price can also differ depending upon the area of town you choose to build. This will give you an average price of the home you have in mind. Foundations and Site Improvements will be additional because each homesite and requirements are different. Price will also go lower if you are doing the "Site Supervisor" program. Please use the guidance below to calculate your costs.

Price Range 1 = Square Footage X $90.00/sq ft
Price Range 2 = Square Footage X $125.00/sq ft
Price Range 3 = Square Footage X $175.00/sq ft

3. Approximate home value equals the square footage X $150.00 for price range 1, X $175 for price range 2, and X $225 for price range 3

4. Your instant equity is determined by the appraisal value (#3), minus the home cost (#2).
