The choices are endless so it is up to you to decide what floor plan is practical for your needs and within your budget.

Designing a Floor Plan -
You have the option of designing your own floor plan. Some people have come to us with a sketch of a 30' x 50' box and simply said “I want a 1500 square foot home”, and we can help you from there. How many bedrooms do you need? How many bathrooms do you need? Do you have a piece of land already and do you want to make sure the floor plan, views, and windows face any certain direction? Many of the homes on the Photos page were custom designed. Some people want to be really involved in the creation of the home that they plan on living in for the rest of their lives. We can work with you and a local draftsman or architect to begin this process. Click here to get started.
We can work with you either way. You can design your own, buy a set of plans and build those exactly, or you can buy a set of plans and we can make adjustments to them.
